Rick Fleming, President

Mr. Fleming resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mr. Fleming holds a BA in Anthropology form the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Denver.

From 1984 to 2007 Mr. Fleming was with MILCOM SYSTEMS Corporation joining as Contracts Administrator, served as Vice President of Finance and then as President until the company was acquired by VT Services in 2007. MILCOM SYSTEMS Corporation was a closely held woman-owned telecommunications company that provided engineering, technical, and installation services to DOD, state and local governments, schools, universities, hospitals and commercial clients. The company had ten operation divisions, approximately 900 employees, and an annual revenue of 140 million dollars. MILCOM SYSTEMS Corporation was an industry leader in providing C4ISR and Alteration Installation Team support to submarines and ships and provided shore communications support worldwide.

In 2008 Mr. Fleming started BLUEPOINT Communications, a telecom company selling and supporting ShoreTel VOIP telephone systems, network support services, structured wiring, and electrical support to business and local government.

Rick Johnston, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Johnston moved to the Pensacola Area residing in Gulf Breeze Fl. in 1972. After Graduating from Gulf Breeze High School, he attended the University of West Florida and started his career with Milcom Systems Corporation in 1986. He worked for years as an electronics technician, traveling the world installing complex C4I systems for the US Navy. In 2000 he was promoted to project manager and managed multiple projects in the government and commercial sectors in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronic system equipment, security systems, close circuit television systems, ISP and OSP infrastructure plants, and copper/fiber optic cable installation and termination of LAN and WAN for Voice/Video/Data systems. In 2010 he was promoted to Operations Manager for the Southeast Region and oversaw operations for five divisions managing a diverse portfolio to include DOD C5ISR installations on surface ships and shore sites, Commercial IT installations, Healthcare integration, Electronic Security & Surveillance and Audio Visual installations throughout the US and around the world.

He is currently an active member of Building Industry Consulting Server International (BICSI) since March 2002 when he became a certified BICSI Installer. In 2005 he sat for and passed the RCDD exam and currently holds the prestige certification of a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).

Chris Edmonson, Vice President of Engineering and Design

Mr. Edmonson comes to Infinity Datacom Solutions with over 29 years of experience in the Communications industry which includes core business with the Department of Defense and Civilian Agencies worldwide. Mr. Edmonson also brings the expertise of Management and Execution of multimillion dollar commercial projects within the USA.

He’s currently an active member of Building Industry Consulting Server International (BICSI) since June 2000 and holds the prestige certifications of a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Network Technology Systems (NTS) Designer and Outside Plant (OSP) Designer.
Mr. Edmonson brings a high level of expertise with capabilities, ingenuity and versatility. The majority of his career was centered around Design and Implementation of C4I System with the US navy.
